How do I buy the product?
Check out our collections: Wedding Store, Daily Wear, Creative Wear. For the product you wish to buy, click the ‘ADD TO CART’ button or ‘BUY NOW’ button. The buy now button shall directly land you to the checkout page where you can place your order, filling up your details through ‘PLACE ORDER’ button. You can also visit your cart by clicking the cart icon at the top of the page before checking out and go through the multiple possible products you have selected and make changes in the same before buying your products.
Do I need to have an account in order to place an order?
NO. You can browse for the products you wish and buy them as a guest. But we will always need an email address of the customer for the order engagement.
What do I do when I forget my password?
In such cases click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the Sign in page and follow the instructions accordingly and you can reset your password.
Would the product color be same as displayed on the website?
We have tried our best displaying the colors in the most accurate manner on our website. But we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor or screen display of any color as there are many chances that the computer displays may vary being an electronic device. There are chances you may see some images appearing to be smaller or larger than the displayed image on the website.
What about the preferable size?
Mostly rings and bangles are sold by size. We would be describing the actual dimensions in the description along with the material details of each product. For more details, you can always inquire us through an email and we would be happy to answer.
Can the sold-out items be re-ordered on the website?
Yes. Why not?! All our products are handcrafted and made with precision and care. Some of the products, other than the unique ones, displayed can be re-ordered without any jinx. However, it might take up to 6-7 weeks and we can notify you with the details through an email once it is back in the stock.
What are the payment methods applicable for this website?
You can make payments via PayPal or PayTM. In online payment modes, we assure that our trusted payment gateway partners will keep your transaction details safe using secure encryption technology.
How safe is Iskaara to use my credit card online?
Safety to your Personal Information is a priority to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and transmit your personal information and credit card details safely through our systems. You can also comfortably choose storing your credit card details securely with us so that you do not have to enter them again in the future which make it easy for you to shop with Iskaara.
Also, you can edit and delete or remove your credit card details anytime you want by changing the shipping address. Also remember not ticking the ‘remember your credit card details’ the other time.
Can I change the Shipping Address once the order has been placed or dispatched?
Fortunately, yes you can change the billing address once you have placed the order but we are sorry to inform you we would be unable to act on it once the order has been shipped or dispatched.
What is the approximate time you take to deliver the product?
The orders shipped within India through Courier services are delivered within 7-10 working days from the day of dispatch.
International orders are shipped via — which shall take approximately 10-15 business days to be delivered to you from the day of dispatch.
This is the estimated time line and that might vary due to unavoidable reasons.

What packaging will Iskaara provide me for my products?
Your products will be delivered to you in the beige cardboard box having a fine finishing along with the velvet rest pads for the jewelry, perfect for your storage purpose and royal feeling.
