Return Policy
Hey, I hope you don’t mind just sparing a moment on going through how Iskaara designs and creates its products.
Most of our thoughts are drawn onto papers by hand before going through filtering and moldings. Selected designs are processed and handcrafted by the traditional craftsmen to make each and every product unique and adorable for you.
We accept the return requests when products delivered to you are damaged in transit or incorrect products received. The returned order is expected to be in the same condition as it was delivered to you, i.e., unworn in its original packaging.
Cancellations and Changes
We accept the cancellation requests until your order has been prepared or shipped. Any amount paid by you in advance will be credited back to you.
You can also request to change or modify shipping address before it is shipped by reaching to us by contact number or an email.
Steps to Return an Order
• Please try and inform us within five days of the order received.
• Customer should send the photograph of the damaged or incorrect product, in order to verify.
• After quality check, we will initiate refund or replacement process.
• For the damaged products delivered by us, we shall issue a refund to you right away after the product is submitted back to us by you in its original packaging.
